POLO Dubai is hereby reiterating the following to the public:
1.POLO verified contracts and OECs are not required when going home to the Philippines. Those are required when the OFW is returning to his/her jobsite (in this case, the UAE).
Pinapaalala po na ang POLO verified contract at OEC ay hindi hinahanap sa departure ng OFWs pauwi ng Pilipinas. Ito ay kailangan kapag sila ay pabalik na sa UAE.
2. All applicants (Contract Verification / OWWA Membership / BM-OEC / SSS / Pag-Ibig) are required to present a confirmed appointment to be granted entry, EXCEPT for OFWs with confirmed flights the following day. In such cases and upon presentation of complete documentary requirements, they shall be accorded with the contract verification services.
Should the confirmed flights fall on the weekend and/or legal holidays, they shall be accommodated on the nearest working day.
Ang mga kliyente na may confirmed flights ay tatanggapin lamang isang (1) araw bago ang kanilang flight. Kailangan nilang ipakita ang confirmed flight ticket at ang mga kumpletong dokumento upang sila ay makapagpa-verify ng kontrata.
Kung ang confirmed flight ay papatak ng Sabado, Linggo o holiday, maaring magpunta ang OFW sa POLO sa pinkamalapit na araw sa kanyang flight. Halimbawa: kung ang flight ay naka-schedule ng Biyernes ngunit holiday ng Miyerkules at Huwebes, maaring magpunta ng Martes para sa contract verification.
3. For OFWs who were not able to have their contracts verified prior to their departure to the Philippines, POLO Dubai shall acknowledge their Authorized Representative upon presentation of valid and complete documents. They shall be entertained a day before the OFW’s OEC schedule in the Philippines.
Their Authorized Representative shall forward them a copy of the verified contract thru email. Note that Authorized Representatives are acknowledged for the purpose of contract verification only. Other POLO Services are still availed personally.
Kung halimbawa naman na hindi na nakapunta sa POLO Dubai ang OFW at sya ay nakauwi na ng Pilipinas na walang dalang verified contract, tatanggapin ng POLO Dubai ang kanyang Authorized Representative isang (1) araw bago ang OEC appointment ng OFW sa Pilipinas. Halimbawa, ang OEC appointment ng OFW sa Pilipinas ay Martes, maari lamang magpunta ang kanyang Authorized Representative sa POLO Dubai ng Lunes.
Kailangan dala ng Authorized Representative ang authorization letter, kopya ng OEC appointment ng OFW sa Pilipinas at kumpletong requirements para sa contract verification. Pagkatapos nito, dapat ipadala ng kanyang Authorized Representative ang verified contract sa OFW via email.
Pinaalala namin na tanging Contract Verification lamang ang tatanggap ng Authorized Representative. Ang ibang serbisyo sa POLO Dubai ay kailangan ng personal appearance.
4. Workers with visas issued by Abu Dhabi and Al Ain immigration are advised to process at POLO Abu Dhabi. Only workers with Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah shall be processed at POLO Dubai.
For workers with Abu Dhabi / Al Ain visas but are assigned to any part of Dubai and/or Northern Emirates, they shall present proof of worksite location falling within POLO Dubai’s jurisdiction to avail services.
Tanging ang mga OFWs na may visa mula sa Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, at Fujairah lamang ang maaring ma-verify sa POLO Dubai. Pinapayuhan ang publiko na mayroong Abu Dhabi / Al Ain visa na magpa-verify sa POLO Abu Dhabi.
Para sa mga naka Abu Dhabi / Al Ain visa ngunit naka-assign sa worksite sa Dubai at/o Northern Emirates, pinapayuhan sila na magpakita ng dokumento na magpapatunay na doon sila naka-aasign upang tanggapin ang kanilang application sa POLO Dubai.
Under the POEA Rules, there is no Balik Manggagawa OEC for seafarers. Thus, POLO Dubai does not issue BM-OEC for seafarers / sea-based OFWs nor verify contracts for purposes of Balik-Manngagawa OEC.
Hindi kailangan ng mga seafarers / sea-based OFWs na kumuha ng Balik-Manggagawa OEC ayon sa POEA Rules, kung kaya’t hindi nagbibigay ng BM-OEC o nagveverify ng kontrata upang makakuha ng BM-OEC ang POLO Dubai para sa mga seafarers / sea-based OFWs.
