Pursuant to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration Memorandum Circular No. 16, Series of 2022, please be informed of the new documentary requirements for the submission of application for the following transactions:

  1. Job Order
  2. Rehire (Skilled Workers)
  3. Rehire (Domestic Workers)
  4. Direct Hire

The list of requirements will take effect on 01 February 2023. The checklists can be downloaded in the MWO-Dubai website.
