Following the announcement of the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi, and in respect to the Islamic traditions and UAE government regulations, please be informed that the Philippine Overseas Labor Office in Dubai and Northern Emirates will be closed on 08 to 11 July 2022 (Friday to Monday) in observance of Eid Al Adha. Regular operations will resume on 12 July 2022 (Tuesday).
Given this closure, POLO Services on 7 July 2022 (7:30AM to 3:30PM) shall be available for the following:
OFWs with confirmed flight schedule on 8, 9, 10, 11, & 12 July 2022 who were not able to submit an application at our Online Submission System, including those who applied but were disapproved due to incomplete / insufficient requirements. |
What to bring: 1. Confirmed e-ticket for 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12 July 2022. Flight schedules outside of these dates shall not be accommodated. 2. Complete documentary requirements. Clients may avail of Contract Verification, OWWA Membership, SSS, & Pag-Ibig services at POLO Dubai, while OEC may only be availed in the Philippines.
For OFWs who were not able to secure a verified contract prior to their vacation in the Philippines, we reiterate that they may avail of POEA Memorandum Circular No. 23, s. 2021. Under this POEA issuance, they may secure an OEC by submitting an undertaking to comply with the POLO verified contract requirement once they return to the UAE.
Please do not line up in the evening of July 6 or early in the morning on July 7, 2022.
