Consistent with the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai, POLO Dubai will be closed to the public on 16 May 2022, Monday, as it joins the UAE in mourning the demise of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
POLO Dubai will resume its operation on 17 May 2022, Tuesday.
For POLO OWWA Clients, we hereby advise the following:
- For clients with approved appointments for 16 May 2022: Please visit POLO Dubai from 17 May 2022 onwards. No need to acquire new appointments.
- For clients with confirmed flight on 17 May 2022 needing contract verification: Your contract verification may be processed by your authorized representative from 17 May 2022 onwards. No appointment will be required, but kindly ensure that they bring the complete requirements including authorization letter and copy of your confirmed ticket.
We wish to reiterate that POLO verified contracts and OECs are not required when going home to the Philippines but upon returning to the UAE.
