POLO Dubai reiterates that the following clients are GUARANTEED ENTRY to POLO Dubai:
- OFWs with Approved Appointment are guaranteed entry on the day of their appointment.
- OFWs with confirmed flight schedule the following day (considered emergency cases).
For flight schedules falling on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, they shall be accommodated on Friday.
If the day before the flight is a holiday/if POLO Dubai is closed on the day before their flight, they are advised to visit POLO on the nearest working day. (Example: If the flight is on Friday but Thursday is a holiday, they may visit POLO Dubai on Wednesday).
- Authorized Representatives of OFWs who are vacationing in the Philippines needing contract verification provided they visit POLO Dubai three (3) days before the OFW’s OEC appointment in the Philippines or five days (5) before their return flight to the UAE, whichever is earlier (considered emergency cases).
GUARANTEED ENTRY means that, for as long as the client arrives on the correct date and within the business hours (Monday-Thursday 7:30AM to 3:30PM; Friday 7:30AM to 12:00NN), they can enter POLO upon presenting the appointment / copy of confirmed flight ticket / copy of OEC appointment in the Philippines.
WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE LINING/QUEUEING OUTSIDE THE CONSULATE, HOURS BEFORE THE OPENING OF POLO DUBAI.

Muling pagpapaalala na ang mga sumusunod ay SIGURADONG MAKAKAPASOK para sa kanilang transaksyon sa POLO Dubai:
- Mga OFWs na may confirmed / approved appointment ay siguradong makakapasok sa araw na nakasaad sa kanilang appointment.
- Mga OFWs na may confirmed flight sa susunod na araw (considered emergency).
Para sa flights na papatak sa Sabado, Linggo at Lunes, sila ay maaring magpunta sa POLO Dubai ng Biyernes.
Kung sarado ang POLO Dubai dahil sa holiday or ano pa mang dahilan sa araw bago ang kanilang flight, sila ay maaring magpunta sa pinakamalapit na working day. (Halimbawa: Ang flight ay Biyernes ngunit holiday/sarado ang POLO ng Huwebes, maaring magpunta ang OFW ng Miyerkules).
- Authorized Representatives ng mga OFWs na nakauwi sa Pilipinas at kukuha ng OEC sa Pilipinas pero walang dalang verified contract. Papapasukin ang kanilang authorized representative tatlong (3) araw bago ang OEC appointment ng OFW sa Pilipinas o di kaya naman ay limang (5) araw bago ang kanilang flight pabalik sa UAE, alinman ang mauna(considered emergency cases).
Ang mga nabanggit na ito ay SIGURADONG MAKAKAPASOK (mayroong Guaranteed Entry) basta sila ay dumating sa tamang araw/petsa at sa loob ng business hours ng POLO Dubai (Lunes-Huwebes 7:30AM-3:30PM; Biyernes 7:30AM-12:00NN).
HINDI PO KAILANGAN AT STRONGLY DISCOURAGED ANG PAGPILA NG SOBRANG AGA / PAGPILA SA MGA ORAS NA SOBRANG LAYO PA SA PAGBUBUKAS NG OPISINA NG POLO DUBAI.
