OVERSEAS WORKERS WELFARE ADMINISTRATION
By virtue of R.A. 10801 or the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Act of 2016, the OWWA became a
national government agency vested with the special function of developing and implementing welfare programs and
services that respond to the needs of its member-OFWs and their families.
The OWWA is an attached agency of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) as per R.A. 11641, S. 2021.
The public is hereby informed that the following are the REQUIREMENTS FOR OWWA MEMBERSHIP/RENEWAL:
- BOOK FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT http://www.polodubaiportal.org/appointments/
- ORIGINAL PASSPORT
- MWO VERIFIED CONTRACT
- VISA VALIDITY SHOULD BE MORE THAN 90 DAYS AND OFW MUST BE ACTIVELY AND CONTINUOUSLY WORKING.
- OFW MUST PRESENT A CERTIFICATION FROM THE COMPANY ISSUED WITHIN THE LAST THIRTY(30) DAYS WITH COMPANY STAMD SIGNATURE.
- PERSONAL APPEARANCE ONLY.
- PAY EXACT AMOUNT OF 92 DIRHAMS ONLY
NOTE: NOT QUALIFIED TO GET OWWA MEMBERSHIP FOR THOSE WHO ARE:
A. FOR TERMINATION
B. TERMINATED
C. FOR CANCELLATION
D. CANCELLED
E. RESIGNED
F. NO WORK, NO PAY
