The Migrant Workers Office (MWO) – Dubai and Northern Emirates informs the public on the issuance and effectivity of the UAE Ministerial Resolution No. (598) on 2022 concerning the Wages Protection System (WPS) on 25 November 2022. Said Resolution upholds the requirement for all establishments registered un the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) to pay their employees’ wages on the due date through the WPS, or through any other system approved by the Ministry.

Overseas Filipino Workers are remined of their right to receive their wages on prescribed dates and through the appropriate channel/s approved by the MOHRE, i.e., through WPS.
