The public is hereby informed that the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC) will conduct a Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) in the Middle East and Singapore on 22, 23, 24 April 2023. Dubai, United Arab Emirates is included in the list of testing centers and licensure examinations.

Based on the Announcement by the PRC, the applicants shall apply online at online.prc.gov.ph. After completing the online transaction, applicants shall submit to Migrant Workers Office (MWO, formerly POLO) via email at [email protected]  the duly accomplished Application Form, together with photocopy of documents as enumerated in Item No. 5.
