The first POLO major event for the year is the Kapihan sa POLO, January Edition.  More than 50 participants attended the Kapihan.  Vice Consuls Marianne Bringas and  Elizabeth Ramos joined the forum.  The highlights of the Kapihan are the Launching of the POLO Mini-Library, Presentation of the Case Management System in the, updates on OWWA, SSS and Pagibig programs as well updates on Dubai Entrepinoy Reintegration Program.

With he library will be able to spend their time  productively in the Center.  With the library , they will be able  to cope with loneliness and  the “agony “of waiting for their repatriation.  Labatt Domingo encourages other benefactors to donate chess boards and other board games for the wards. She also mentioned that POLO will set up a computer in the mini-library for the wards to learn to search knowledge via the  technology. Emirates NBD committed to handle the contraction of book shelves and study tables attached to the walls.






Launching of the CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM in the

Labatt Domingo oriented the participants on the case management system that covers wards, walk-in clients and other requests for assistance on bother labor and management cases.  As the menus in the portal are discussed, questions posed by the participants were entertained.  On menus covering OWWA, Pagibig and SSS, Welof Filamor, Ms. Recto and  Mr. Sauza provided information on their respective agencies.
