Ang bagong DOLE Guidelines ay may karagdagang inpormasyon kung saan dapat mag-apply ang mga OFWs para sa AKAP. Ang mga OFWs na may aplikasyon sa POLO Dubai ngunit nasa Pilipinas na, o pauwi na sa Pilipinas ay kailangan mag-apply online sa Pilipinas.

Amin pong ipinaalala na ang mga nakatanggap na ng DOLE AKAP sa POLO Dubai o sa anumang OWWA Regional Office ay disqualified na sa muling pag-aaply ng DOLE AKAP ONE TIME FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.

Para sa mga OFWs na nakauwi na sa Pilipinas bago ang 30 November 2020

  1. Accomplished Online Application Form (http://dole-akap.owwa.gov.ph)
  2. Passport or Travel Document;
  3. Proof of overseas employment (i.e. valid verified overseas employment, OEC, residence I.D.s, visa/re-entry visa, among or permit to stay in the receiving country);
  4. Proof of Loss of employment due to COVID-19 or undertaking/salaysay;
  5. Proof of return to the Philippines (Boarding Pass or Air Ticket or Stamp Visa)

Stranded Balik-Manggagawa or Re-engaged Seafers whose deployment were suspended to COVID-19

Para sa mga na-stranded na returning workers/seafarers na hindi makabalik sa trabaho dahil sa COVID-19

  2. Passport or Travel Document;

  4. Proof of Loss of employment due to COVID-19, or Certification of suspension of deployment from the Local Manning Agency or undertaking/salaysay;
  5. Proof of return to the Philippines (Boarding Pass or Air Ticket or Stamp Visa)
